HERITAGE HALL TERMS

1. RENTAL FEE

*$250 (includes hall and full bar with bartender)

*Negotiable for parties of 100 or more with full menu.

Hall also available for meetings without catering or bar for $50 per hour, minimum of 5 hours.

2. RENTAL PERIOD

The basic rental period is for five (5) hours.  When the rental period exceeds 5 hours, an additional charge of *$50 per hour will be assessed.

*At the discretion of the manager on duty.

3. BAR

One (1) bartender will be provided for five (5) hours.  When the number of people attending exceeds 75, an additional bartender will be required at an additional cost of $50.  The charge per bartender for events exceeding  five (5) hours will be $20 per hour.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $50 refundable security deposit is required for all events.

5. RENTAL DEPOSIT

a. A deposit is due upon confirmation to secure your event date.  The balance of all monies and the security deposit are due a minimum of ten (10) days before the event date.
b. This deposit is non-refundable unless the event is CANCELLED THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, AND THE HALL IS RE-RENTED FOR THAT DATE.

6. TAX & TIP

Prices do not include 5% Massachusetts sales tax.  An 18% service charge will be assessed when wait staff is required.
